The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) offers test-based
certificate programs for members and non-members alike. The Missouri
Training Institute partners with the SHRM in preparing working HR
professionals to take both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) exams. We have
helped prepare hundreds of HR professionals for these examinations
using training materials that correspond to the six functional areas as
defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI):- Strategic Management

- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee & Labor Relations
- Workforce Planning & Employment
- Occupational Health, Safety and Security
