Business Writing: Saying what you mean and meaning what you say is critical in business…and occasionally it’s helpful to brush up on those skills. We’ve had a lot of requests lately for a training session on business writing. MTI offers both a basic and an advanced training session in business writing. The basic session examines the fundamentals: grammar, sentence structure, and syntax. We also discuss organizing your message, drafts and revisions. In the advanced session we cover formatting, style and structure for memos, letters, reports and proposals. These highly interactive sessions will let you practice what you learn! Supervisory Certificate Series: Businesses often hire their frontline supervisors from within. They have a proven track record on the floor but very little experience or training in supervising others. This series equips them with the skills necessary to get the best performance out of others. This series is scheduled beginning in September of 2004 and registration is open to the public. Or it can be brought on-site and customized for your organization. Training Design & Delivery: Competent employees who have the knowledge and skills to excel in their positions can improve your organization’s bottom line. If you are responsible for training and professional development in your organization this non-degree certificate series will help you learn to develop effective, consistent training for your staff. This highly interactive program will give you the tools you need to design and deliver high quality training. Download the Training Design & Delivery Brochure
