Joyce Gay Albright
is the Director of Business Development at the Missouri Training
Institute (MTI). MTI is part of the College of Business at the
University of Missouri–Columbia and provides professional development,
training, and consulting services to businesses, government agencies,
and institutions of higher education. Gay has 15 years of Human
Resources Management experience working for companies such as
Colgate-Palmolive, The Dial Corp, and Arch Coal. In that capacity, she
managed all functional areas of HR while implementing organizational
redesign and continuous improvement strategies. Gay also teaches
undergraduate management classes and graduate education classes at the
University of Missouri. She holds a Master’s degree in Business
Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education.
