Challenges in the Adult English as a Second Language Classroom

Teachers face a number of challenges in adult ESL classrooms.  Managing a vast amount of content with non-traditional students and handling a wide variety of student levels in one classroom are just a few of the issues that teachers struggle with.

We will identify the concerns and look at alternative ways of managing some of these challenges.  Teachers will have the opportunity to participate in group discussions and explore solutions to challenges faced by ESL instructors.
