Making the transition from a front-line worker to a supervisor can be extremely difficult.  The technical skills that made you a rock-star employee are not the same skills required of a successful supervisor.  Now, your job is about getting the work done through other people.  This fast paced workshop offers the first-time supervisor the basic skills they need to transition to this important role.
